About the Founder:
Chad Olsen brings nearly a decade of expertise in the recruitment industry, along with extensive experience as both a Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in private and public companies. Driven by the need for a more efficient and cost-effective solution to connect job seekers and hiring companies, Chad founded READY For Hire, a talent recruitment firm headquartered in Lehi, Utah, in the heart of Silicon Slopes.
His leadership has been instrumental in developing READY For Hire’s innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, designed to streamline the job search process and improve outcomes for both employers and candidates.

Before founding READY For Hire, Chad served as the COO and CFO of SEARCH Group Partners, a prominent recruiting firm in Salt Lake City. His previous roles include CFO positions in various private and publicly traded companies, where he oversaw accounting, finance, supply chain management, IT, call center, and more. With a background in public accounting and experience in the financial industry, Chad held Series 6 and 63 licenses with FINRA (formerly NASD).

A graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in accounting, Chad is deeply committed to helping individuals and businesses thrive. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys traveling with his family, whitewater rafting, and competing in sports.
